Our Luxury Package

To secure your date we require a £50 non refundable deposit (i.e. should you cancel the booking, this is not refunded)

The deposit also acts as a 'damage' surety. 

Our equipment is checked to be in good condition at the time of set up. 

When we collect we check it again and provided there is no 'damage'  we will refund the deposit/surety, normally the same day.  

Any stratches, tears or rips to any of the softplay equipment would be considered to be damage.

Soiling or staining of any kind that cannot be easily wiped clean will also be considered to be damage (including pens, crayons, food & drink)

Full payment should be made prior to the time of setup. 

Requests for deferred payment will not be accepted so please do not ask.

We can accept payment via cash, bank transfer or Paypal (no cheques, sorry).

Set up at your venue is included in the price and we will always take time to help and advise the best layout for your space. 

delivery charges may apply. 

Our fees are based upon a one day hire between 10am until 6pm.

If you require a specific time slot or want the soft play longer, please ask as we can normally work with you, but I'm afraid we cannot do hire by the hour

For everyones' peace of mind, we carry full public liability insurance cover, but beware - many soft play companies don't have insurance, so always check - many venues insist on it.

Our softplay is designed for babies and toddlers up to the age of 4 years, and the use of our equipment MUST be under full parential supervison at all times. Little Dreams Soft Play accept no responsibility for any injury caused by the use of their equipment due to lack of supervision or incorrect ages groups using it

All of our soft play is sanitised throughly before and after every use for your peace of mind and assurance

We use only the highest quality soft play equipment, used by industry professionals for peace of mind and maximum enjoyment!
